A little about my journey: I wasn't looking to get into a healthy active lifestyle, the lifestyle found me! I have tried my different weight-loss products and most did not work, too expensive, or just not good for you. Most did not show real results for me and one had poor customer service. Plus, most have no support channel to get help with. I was introduced to Herbalife by a friend and loved the taste from day one. When I started my lifestyle journey to a better me, I was just over 240 pounds, near 40% body fat, and around 58-60 pounds of muscle. I am now staying between the 200-220 pound range, just above 30% body fat, and over 80 pounds of muscle. Still a journey in progress but not losing focus as it is a journey. I look at it this way, I did not gain all this weight overnight, so I can't just drop it all overnight. The first step of my journey was to focus on reducing how much I eat, what I am eating, and what is important to me. The second step was using the right products and having support in my corner.
Now, I love working with others who want support in their corner and want to use products that have proven helpful. I joined the company back in September 2018 and love how it has changed my life.
