AGREEMENT AND TERM
An agreement entered into on   Date between  The Vendor, Full Name of Business/Organization ,  and The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc.
This agreement shall commence on   07/17/2025   and shall terminate, unless earlier terminated due to breach of contract, on   07/20/2025  .

DUTIES OF THE VENDOR
The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc. retains The Vendor to perform and/or provide the following services and/or products:     All goods, supplies, and materials related to the products represented by The Vendor.      
Electricity, equipment, and facilities necessary to produce the products represented by The Vendor.   Sufficient staff available to perform the work of The Vendor who have the background, training, and expertise to properly perform the work of The Vendor.         The  Vendor will not serve any alcoholic beverages during any event sponsored by The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc.     
        

DUTIES OF THE MANASSA SADDLE CLUB, INC.
The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc. Agrees to Provide the Following:
         Adequate space for The Vendor to set up facilities and equipment.            
        

TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement within thirty days prior to written notice to the other party. The Vendor hereby acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in the event of such termination, The Manassa Saddle Club shall only be liable for, and The Vendor agrees only to retain, payment of the portion of the fees earned as a result of the work of The Vendor actually and satisfactorily performed through the effective date of termination.  
By checking this box, The Vendor agrees to the terms of termination.        By checking this box, The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc. agrees to the terms of termination.          
        

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
The Vendor warrants that the work of The Vendor shall be accomplished in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and codes, including, but not limited to, U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) requirements; applicable provisions of paragraphs (1) through (7) of section 202 of Executive Order 11246 relating to Equal Employment Opportunity; section 402 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Act of 1974, as amended; and section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The Vendor and its subcontractors, employees, and agents shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect, all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations required by governmental and quasi-governmental agencies.

FEES AND PAYMENT
The Vendor agrees to pay The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc. the sum of   $300  within 90 days of July 24, 2025.

SIGNATURES AND AGREEMENTS
The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted by The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc. and The Vendor. The Manassa Saddle Club, Inc. will not be responsible for any accidents and/or injuries and/or death to any volunteers, staff, or personnel working for The Vendor. By signing and submitting this form, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
