  • Please make sure you have permission from the photographer to use the images you are uploading below. 

    All calendars are vertical / portrait format. That is they are taller than they are wide. 

    Imagine looking at all of a photo of yours on your smartphone held as you would 99% of the time. Like so:

     

    This is a horizontal/landscape oriented image. Wider than it is tall:

    Landscape images are not recommended for your calendar.

    If you insist on uploading them we will put them in layout to show all the image with blank space above or below them:

     

     

    Ideally images should be a minimum of 2550 pixels wide by 3300 pixels high. Consult with your photographer to ensure you have this much resolution for the best possible printing quality.

  • PLEASE organize your photos before you begin. Carefully decide which images you want on each month as you tell us this by where you upload them below. Each of our fields are labeled accordingly. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME.

     

    Images must be of a certain filesize to print well. This form is set to reject any files that are not large enough. If you get an error contact your photographer. Ask them for a larger image. Please do not contact us to tell us there was an error and ask if you can email those images.

    Do not upload images with logos or text on them. If you upload images with logos or text on them, they may get cut off in layout. We think that looks bad. Please check your images for logos or text.

  • If you wish, we can place a bio on the back of the calendar for you. NOT REQUIRED. Simply enter that in the box below BUT PLEASE UNDERSTAND, we do not do proofreading. We will not check what you put there. PLEASE consider using an online service such as Grammerly to review your copy.

    You can also use the back to include any credit info or shoutouts you'd like. You are limited to 300 words however so be aware of that.  If you want to credit specific people for specific photos simply identify them by month.  Such as:

    Credits:

    January - Photography by John Doe, Makeup and Hair by Bettie Page. Wardrobe by Walmart. Location, Ed-U-Save

    February -  etc etc

     

    Again we will not proofread this information.
