Cities and students. The university housing: culture, space, heritage [19-21 September 2024]

Each contribution, in order to be presented and subsequently published, requires registration for the conference by at least one of the authors.

In order to be registered, it is essential to proceed with the payment of the registration fee by at least one of the authors; in addition, in order to take advantage of the services provided during the conference (coffee breaks, light lunches, visits, etc.), the payment of the same fee is required of all authors who, in addition to the first one, should decide to be present during the days of the event.

Participation fee includes: coffee-breaks; apericena (to be held on Thursday, September 19, 2024); light lunch (to be held on Friday, September 20, 2024); visit to the G. De Carlo Colleges (to be held on Friday, September 20, 2024); admission to the Ducal Palace (to be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024).

 *Companion: The fee is reserved for those attending the Conference in the role of companion and includes all services already included for participants (coffee breaks, light lunch, visits, etc.)

N.B. For registration cancellations by July 31, the refund provided is 80% (Bank charges excluded).
For registration cancellations after July 31, no refund is provided.

* Please note that in order to get the AISU Members Reserved Price, you must be a member with dues paid for 2024, be registered on the Site and be logged in.

** Senior: "Senior members" means all those who have a permanent collaborative relationship with institutions, universities or public and private entities.

*** Companions/Hearers: The fee is reserved for those attending the Conference in the role of companion/hearer and includes all services already included for participants (coffee breaks, light lunch, etc.)

ATTENTION
Participants whose registration is paid DIRECTLY by the PUBLIC ENTITY, will NOT have to make the payment of the registration fee, but will still have to proceed with ONLINE REGISTRATION by putting a check mark while filling out the PUBLIC ENTITY/UNIVERSITY INVOICE form.
It will also be the participant's responsibility to report the required information and data in the form fields:
Last Name, First Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address of the ADMINISTRATIVE REFERENT of the institution/university.

You will receive the OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION and to follow up with the corresponding INVOICE only by e-mail. Conference registration will be valid only when full payment is received by the Administrative Secretariat.

Payment of registration fees must be made exclusively in Euros and by BANK TRANSFER.
