Your signature below means that you (buyer): "I (buyer) agree to the seller's terms below, including but not limited to mandatory $10 non-refundable charge per photo removal request, $40 successful removal charge ($50 total per successfully removed photo, may be more if additional work is needed to remove from search engines as well), and restoration of the removed photo if the full payment does not permanently clear in Seller's favor. I agree that the Seller's maximum liability is only the amount I pay the Seller and that if there is any dispute, it will take place via mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in Denton County, Texas. I further agree to hold Seller harmless and indemnify the Seller completely of any claims made against them with respect to this agreement.".
