Stylist Soul Tribe Guidelines and Agreement
The following guidelines are a requirement to be a part of Soul Tribe. Read carefully and sign below to agree.
- Confidentiality - It is ESSENTIAL that Stylist Soul Tribe is a SAFE place to speak openly, to brainstorm big new ideas and to let down your guard and share freely. All conversations, ideas and documents shared among members will reamain strictly private and will not be shared with anyone outside of Stylist Soul Tribe.
- Attendance - It is HIGHLY encouraged that each member prioritizes attending the monthly meetings. This ensures to keep the groups active, up to date and connected. Poor attendance negatively affects the group as a whole so each member is expected to carve out time in their schedule to prioritize this program and their business. Lack of participation could result in you being asked to leave the program.
- Participation Level - Let's face it, we've all met people who talk alot and those who are very quiet. The goal is for conversations inside Stylist Soul Tribe to be balanced. You get out what you put in to this program, and it only runs properly when all members have equal participation.
- Accountability - If a member makes a promise to complete a task, they should be held accountable to do so. Roll Calls are posted as a mid-month reminder for accountability. Members are encouraged to check in with eachother for accountability. Regular check-ins between meetings keep members on track.
- Connection - While mastermind groups can yield networking opprotunities, they should be organic and not forced. Marketing/pitching yourself is not allowed unless approved by Lisa. It is important that members feel safe in the group and not like it is a place they are constantly being sold to.
- Gossip - Stylist Soul Tribe is an intentional safe space where members can bring their problems, challenges and concerns. Gossip is a zero tolerance issue and if presented could result in members being asked to leave the program.
- Honesty - Members must be willing to be honest about what is going on in their lives and conversations amongst members must be truthful. We are all here to grow, which means vulnerability and asking for help are essential. Members are expected to provide honest feedback meaning clear, simple and productive feedback. Not brutal or demeaning feedback.
