Please review the following guidelines before completing the on-line registration form
You qualify to register for the Holiday Hope Program if you meet ALL the following criteria:
1. Experiencing a financial hardship as outlined below:
I have a household size of ONE and my income level is:
- At or below $18,825 ($1,569/mo)
OR I have a household size of TWO OR MORE and my income level is:
- At or below $25,550 ($2,129/mo)
2. Documentation of current address and identification for each adult/child in your household that you are registering.
3. If registering as a family, qualifying children must be ages birth through grade 12 and living at least 50% of the time with the parent or guardian completing the registration form.
4. If registering as an Individual or Couple you must be an older adult(s) age 62+ or an adult with disabilities.
5. You must live in one of the following zip codes:
55001, 55003, 55042, 55043, 55047, 55082, 55125, 55128, 55129
To register online you will be asked to upload the following:
• A form of identification for each Adult and Child you are registering. Accepted forms of identification for adults include: Driver's License, State ID card or Passport. Accepted forms of identification for children include Birth Certificate, current School ID or current Health Insurance Card.
• A piece of mail with PROOF OF CURRENT ADDRESS, such as Utility Bill, Paycheck Stub or Bank Account Statement. The piece of mail MUST include CURRENT Address AND Name of the person registering for the Holiday Hope Program. It must be dated within the last 60 days.
Each application will be reviewed and validated. If you do not qualify for the Holiday Hope program OR if you are missing information, you will be contacted by Holiday Hope staff.
Reminders for Recipients:
• Gift Cards / Gift Shopping: Individuals, Couples and Families may register for either: a) Walmart Gift Cards OR b) Gift Room Shopping. Gift card values are $50 per adult and $75 per child.
Additionally, each household will also receive a grocery gift card based on household size.
• Gift Card Pickup Dates: If you choose to receive gift cards, they can be picked up at Community Thread in Stillwater [2300 Orleans St. W. Stillwater MN 55082]. Recipients will select a day/time to come to Community Thread to pick-up your gift cards. The following times/dates are available for 2024:

Community Thread, Monday, December 9, 9:30 – 11:30 am
Community Thread, Tuesday, December 10, 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Cimarron Residents ONLY – Wednesday, December 11, 4:00 – 6:00pm [You must be a Cimarron Resident]
Cimarron Residents ONLY – Thursday, December 12, 4:00 – 6:00pm [You must be a Cimarron Resident]
Landfall Residents ONLY - Wednesday, December 11, 4:00-5:00pm [You must be a Landfall Resident]
Landfall Residents ONLY - Thursday, December 12, 4:00-5:00pm [You must be a Landfall Resident]
• Gift Card Delivery: Washington County and surrounding City Sheriffs will deliver gifts to those who are unable to pick them up at Community Thread. There is ONE delivery day for 2024. The person registering for the Holiday Hope Program must be at home to receive the gift cards:
Friday, December 13, 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
• Identification: You will need to provide identification when picking up your gifts at Community Thread OR if you have them delivered by the Washington County and surrounding City Sheriffs.
