Athletic Scholarship Application Clarification

In the competitive world of travel softball, opportunities may arise where a team can acquire an exceptional athlete who would significantly enhance team performance. Stateline Sports Group has allocated a limited budget for such instances, which may be applied for using the Athletic Scholarship Application Form.

Guidelines:

Purpose: Athletic scholarships are intended to attract outstanding athletes who can measurably improve team performance.

Financial Hardship: These scholarships should not be sought if financial hardship is the primary concern. For players facing financial challenges, Stateline Sports Group offers a separate Hardship Scholarship Application Form designed specifically for this purpose.

Application Process: Complete the Athletic Scholarship Application Form in its entirety. Once submitted, the Stateline Sports Group board of directors will review the application and decide within 72 hours.

Volunteer Committees: All Stateline Sports Group scholarship recipients are expected to actively join one of our volunteer committees.

By following these guidelines, we aim to ensure fair and transparent consideration for athletes seeking athletic scholarships based on their exceptional abilities and potential contributions to the team.
