Non food vendors will have a 10x10 spot. All food vendors must have a permit through Bexar County.
Set up will begin in at noon but no later than 1pm and breakdown time for non food vendors is at your convenience. Should you have any questions before completing this form please txt the number shown below.
Once you complete this form you will recieve a txt message from 210-779-3150 for payment to lock in your spot for Aug 6th 2023.

I hereby agree and give my permission for R&J Music Pavilion and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself for the purpose of publishing, posting on the R&J Music Pavilion website and posting on social media sites. I will not hold the R&J Music Pavilion responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Indemnification R&J Music Pavilion will not be liable for any expense, damage, or loss to my products or property.

Cancelation No refunds are offered for this event however we can fit you into another pop up event held at R&J Music Pavilion. If you must cancel please let us know 48 hours in advance.

Outside Beverages I agree that I will NOT bring any outside drinks or alcohol. I also agree to NOT sell any beverage. I understand if I were to do so I will be asked to leave the premises.
