This application does not guarantee you one of our puppies.
I understand and agree that my $500 reservation fee is non-refundable. 
I understand that the timing of litters is uncontrollable, as well as a successful pregnancy. I also understand that the right to cancel breeding is determined only by A.N.A. Doodles. In the event of a failed pregnancy or cancelled breeding, I will be given future options.  

I understand that puppies can have certain common hiccups upon coming home. Diarrhea, parasites, ear infections, UTI's, allergy issues are all common. While A.N.A. Doodles routinely deworms and monitors for any sicknesses, sometimes the stress of leaving the breeder can cause issues to flare up.
I understand that the breeder is not a veterinarian, and I am responsible for treatment and care of my new puppy if certain ailments arise after leaving the breeder.  

I understand that by submitting this application, I am verifying that all the provided information above is correct. I understand should I give false information to alter the outcome of the application process, I will forfeit any fees paid to A.N.A. Doodles with no refund.
