• Passport style original color photo – can be taken with cell phone 

• No Filters/Photoshopped photos 

• Straight forward shot, head & shoulders only 

• SOLID White background 

• NO headwear of any Kind: NO sunglasses, headbands,  scarves, hats, etc. (scarves can only be used if for religious purposes)
