Treatthouse Cake Submission Form

Treatthouse is based in Slade Green, South East London. We are collection only and our full address will be given 24 hours before the collection date. We aim to respond to all forms completed within 24-48 hours; however please place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment regarding your order. To secure your order a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This must be received within 24 hours after receiving an invoice from us, failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled. The remaining balance must be paid 3 days before your agreed upon collection date and a reminder will be sent via email so ensure all your information is correct.

Treatthouse accepts last minute orders if the date selected is available. Orders made less than 3 days before the selected date is classified as an emergency appointment and this will incur an additional fee. Emergency orders must be paid in full before the chosen date of collection. Please note for emergency orders personalised toppers/photos may not always be available but we will try our best to accommodate your wishes. Thank you for your patience.

To my lovely clients i have listed some instructions to follow to ensure your cake remains in the best condition. 1. Always hold your cake from the bottom and never the sides. 2. When transporting your cake you MUST place it on a flat surface in your car, i recommend the floor of your car instead of on your lap or seat of the car. 3.Be gentle with your cake, it is fragile and delicate, when driving go slowly around corners and speed bumps and in hot weather drive with the air conditioning on. 4.DO NOT leave your cake in the car or the sun for extended periods of time, keep your cake refrigerated regardless of the weather and 30 minutes before you're ready to serve your cake allow it to come down to room temperature for the best taste.
