COVID & WITHDRAWAL:

COVID19 EXCEPTION! Refunds will be issued for specific weeks that WE cancel due to the virus based on government restrictions or insufficient enrollment. Otherwise, there are NO REFUNDS NOR EXCEPTIONS to the payment/refund policy! Non-contranted registrants must provide 30 days notice of their intent to discontinue services - this gives us time to enroll another student. Please, consult the owner/director should you have any questions.

Additionally, a child will no longer be permitted to attend classes at our studio if he/she has shown over time to be a clear danger or distraction to other children due to poor, unregulated behavior which requires more attention than can be provided without compromising the academic growth, health or safety of other children. A dismissal of this nature will only be used as a last resort (if all other means to help the child control his or her behavior have failed) and after a discussion between the program administrator and the parent/guardian.

**The deposit includes the registration fee, materials fee plus the first month's tuition - due at registration. Classes/programs that do not reach the required minimum may be canceled or delayed.

**We are happy to provide receipts for any services we provide but Do Not and Can Not guarantee reimbursements thorugh ANY 3rd party agency! Jotform does not send automated verifications, your payment receipt is proof of that your registration has been received.

**If your child has unique abilities, please schedule a consultation before registering.

**ATTENTION: Students will need to Bring Packed Lunches that are FREE of Nuts, Soy, and Sesame! Many students are highly allergic to food containing these ingredients, especially nuts and peanut butter).
