Transcript Request Form
The Registrar's Office processes transcript requests in the order received on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's during regular business/University hours. However, please note that transcript requests can take up to five business days to process. *The Registrar's Office is not responsible for delays within the USPS system. All transcripts (unofficial and official) are $15.00. ALL Transcript requests are non-refundable. The Registrar's Office will be closed from July 11 - July 26. Any requests submitted during this time will be completed on July 27 when we return, we apologize for any inconvenience this may bring. If you have any concerns or questions, we will still be available via email at registrar@mhu.edu.
