Transcript Request Form
The Registrar's Office processes transcript requests in the order received on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's during regular business/University hours. However, please note that transcript requests can take up to five business days to process. *The Registrar's Office is not responsible for delays within the USPS system. All transcripts (unofficial and official) are $15.00. ALL Transcript requests are non-refundable. The Registrar's Office will be closed beginning December 11th and will reopen on January 5th.
