Transcript Request Form
The Registrar's Office processes transcript requests in the order received on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's during regular business/University hours. However, please note that transcript requests can take up to five business days to process. *The Registrar's Office is not responsible for delays within the USPS system. All transcripts (unofficial and official) are $15.00. ALL Transcript requests are non-refundable. The University will be closed for spring break March 9-10. We will re-open March 11th. All transcript requests will be completed March 11th.
