Thank you for your interest in joining us at Roc Holiday Village. We're excited to kick off yet another winter wonderland in the heart of Rochester. Before submitting your application, please review the guidelines below. We look forward to reviewing your application!
1. Roc Holiday Village seeks performers that are: family friendly, holiday themed, unique and high quality. RHV does not accept performers that are not family friendly, or have political or divisive messaging.
2. Performances occur on a small stage (8 ft. deep x 16 ft. wide) in The Lodge Bar at Roc Holiday Village. A basic sound system is provided including microphones, speakers, and a mixer operated by staff. Performers are responsible for bringing any instruments, specialty equipment, or additional gear needed for their performance.
3. Live Music performances occur from 7pm - 11pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday nights. Additional opportunities in 1 - 2 hour blocks may be available on other dates and times.
4. Group performances (such as chorus or dance) perform a minimum of 15 min and a maximum of 1 hour.
5. We do not have onsite parking. You would be responsible for finding parking and coordinating unloading and loading if you have instruments. You can learn more about parking on our website.
6. If your group is selected to perform you will be notified by email in the fall and no later than November 15. *Only selected applicants will be notified.
