Appointment Reservations
Guest are serviced one on one, therefore appointments scheduled are reserved specifically for you. Guest will be required to pay a $30 retainer fee to secure their appointment slot. This retainer fee will be credited toward the total cost of your service(s).

For Established Guests:
Guests with a clean track record of no-shows or last-minute cancellations are no longer subject to the retainer fee if they schedule their next appointment before leaving their current session. However, to maintain your status as an established guest, you are now required to schedule appointments a minimum of three months in advance. This ensures you have a standing appointment every month.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; therefore, we allow cancellations should anything come up. A standing appointment guarantees you consistent scheduling and priority access.

We kindly request you to utilize the booking site for all future appointment reservations, rescheduling and cancellations booked outside our studio. For elderly or disabled guest who may have difficulty navigating our online platform, we urge you to reach out to us directly to rsvp your appointment. 

Rescheduling/Cancellations
We kindly request you cancel or reschedule your appointment AT LEAST 24 Hours prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling/Canceling in advance allows us to offer the appointment slot to another guest. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee as well as forfeiting any retainer.
Please ensure cancellations are made through your email, as we will no longer be accepting these requests via text message. Remember to utilize the booking site for all appointments scheduled, rescheduled or cancelled outside our suite.

We kindly request that should you RSVP for a combined service, such as a manicure and pedicure, and later decide to forgo one service, you inform us in advance of your reservation. Having prepared the tools and implements for both services, any last-minute changes may lead to a waste of resources and disrupt our carefully curated schedule. The time reserved for you could be graciously offered to another guest. Please note that failure to cancel in advance will result in a full charge for the appointment.

No-Shows

No-shows will be charged 100% of service(s) fees and will be prohibited to reserve future appointments. 

Grace Period
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we offer a ten minute grace period for late arrivals. Please note the grace period is not apart of your service time and should only be used if necessary. Notifications of late arrivals does not dismiss the grace period. If a guest is not in the service chair, hands washed at exactly 10 minutes pass the start of the scheduled appointment time, guest will be deemed a NO-SHOW and will be subjected to a missed appointment fee of 100% of service fees. No Exceptions!

This respects the time of both our artists and other guest with appointments.

Location and Parking

I invite you to familiarize yourself with our new location and available parking before your appointment. Please refer to your reservation email for the door code and save it in your notes, as I may not be able to provide directions or the code on the day of your visit.
The address is 1010 W Northwest Blvd, Suite 111, Winston Salem, NC 27101, with parking available along Northwest Blvd and in the lot adjacent to the building.

Appointment Etiquette

•Wash your hands and apply your mask upon entering the suite. If you don't have a mask, no worries. One will be provided for you.
• Maintain proper posture by sitting up straight with both feet flat on the floor. Ensure that your chair is pushed all the way up to the table for optimal positioning.
• Use the armrest provided to keep both arms extended comfortably towards the nail technician.
•Limit cell phone use to emergencies only to allow for uninterrupted service.

Cell phone & Hands Free

When hands are taken in and out of the UV light to answer calls or messages, it may compromise the curing process of the products, leading to potential issues with the set later on. Please limit cell phone use to emergencies only during manicure services. Of course you may use your phone during pedicure services. 

We want to highlight that the quality and longevity of your nails depend on proper nail prep and application. A clean nail plate is crucial for the product to adhere properly. Any foreign particles (lint, dirt, hair, debris etc) may hinder the product from bonding effectively, affecting the longevity of the nails. 

Nail Art A La Carte

• Plain Jane: Your choice of (1) gel polish 

• Artsy: Horizontal or Vertical Lines, Dots, dotted Flowers, or Marble: This category is perfect for those who prefer simple designs without intricate details. (No detailed flowers, color blocking or French) 2-4 fingers.

• Traditional French: Classic and elegant, this category includes the traditional French manicure for all ten fingers. 10 fingers

• Groovy French: A modern twist on the traditional French manicure, allowing for minimal additional art designs. 10 fingers.

• Intrigue Me: Put your trust in the artists for a creative and unique nail design. Full creative control is given to the artist, with no client input accepted. 4-6 Fingers.

• The Workx: From color blocking to intricate designs, this category offers a wide range of nail art possibilities. 10 fingers.

• Beyond The Workx: Extremely Detailed designs with intricate lines and characters, perfect for those seeking elaborate nail art. 10 fingers.

To ensure the best results during your appointment, I kindly request that you choose your desired nail art category in advance and provide any inspiration or preferences beforehand. This will help us streamline the appointment process and avoid any delays caused by last-minute decisions. 

I want to remind you that while inspiration is a powerful force behind creative nail designs, it's essential to remember that I am not the original artist who created the artwork you may have brought in. As such, there may be variations in the final look based on factors like nail length, shape, and width. Your nails, therefore, may not mirror the picture exactly. Think of it as a unique spin on the inspiration provided rather than an exact replica. Thank you for understanding!

 

Payments 

We accept cash, debit/credit or tap to pay.

Please note effective 7/26/25, taxes at 4.7 % + Service charge fees via Square (3.5% + .15) will be added to any digital payment. To avoid fees, please pay in cash.

For service totals, please see your initial confirmation email. 

Ikonnic Nails reserves the right to charge the card on file in the event of last minute cancellations and/or no-shows.
Failure to pay any outstanding balances will automatically result in guest removal from our date base.
