Terms and Conditions:
By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the airport transfer service.
I understand that the booking is subject to availability and confirmation from the transfer provider.
Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement:
CANCELLATIONS: All reservations for airport service has a 24 hour
cancellation policy, the customer will be responsible for full payment of the
scheduled service.
PAYMENT TERMS: Client electronically authorizes, via digital signature,
Blue World Fun travel, LLC to apply charges to the credit card on file for any
damages, clean-up or additional hours as described in this contract.
OVERTIME POLICY: Overtime will be charged for any time that is not
scheduled and is billed in 1/2 hour increments rounded up to the next 1/2
hour.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Sanford
International Airport (SFB) arrivals are subject to an additional $7 Parking /
Meet and Greet fee and a $3 airport fee.
Blue World Fun travel, LLC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its
control, such as weather, road or traffic conditions (Acts of God), or
mechanical breakdowns. Clients and guests release Blue World Fun travel,
LLC from any and all liability and agree to hold Blue World Fun travel, LLC,
it's employees and agents harmless from all loss, liability and expenses
whatsoever as a result of any bodily injury, death or property damage
caused by or arising from the use and operation of the vehicle. The
chauffeur has the right to TERMINATE SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND, FOR
ANY FORM OF PHYSICAL OR VERBAL ABUSE. A vehicle of higher value may
be substituted, in an emergency, at no additional cost to the client.
If a passenger gets sick in the interior of the vehicle, a $250.00 clean up fee
will be charged to the client's credit card. If a passenger gets sick on the
exterior of the vehicle, a $100.00 clean up fee will be charged to the client's
credit card. In either case, service may be terminated immediately, and
without refund.
There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED in the vehicle at any time. If there are
any burns or other damage that is the result of smoking, the client must
pay the appropriate amount to replace to as new condition and pay any
additional costs such as lost revenue for a "downed" vehicle that may result.
Costs will be determined by Blue World Fun travel, LLC management
accordingly.
The client is financially responsible for each guest, their actions and
behavior as it relates to damage to and/or property removed from the
vehicle.
Blue World Fun travel, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or
damaged articles that are left in the passenger compartment or trunk.
Vehicles CANNOT be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Rental agreement is accepted, and valid once deposit is received as per
time and date stamped by computer. By booking reservation electronically
through the internet, permission is granted for Apollo's Chariots an
independent contractor of Blue World Fun travel, LLC to charge for the
above referenced services as outlined in the reservation agreement.
Booking the reservation online constitutes a digital signature as established
by the Federal Digital Security Act.
