How to file a claim:
1. Review our Shipping and Refund Policies to see if your claim is eligible for refund or replacement.
2. Carefully read the instructions for each question and complete all required questions.
Once a claim is submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for us to approve your claim and issue a replacement. If a claim is not approved, we will contact you with further questions or instructions.
