How to file a claim:

1. Review our Shipping and Refund Policies to see if your claim is eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Carefully read the instructions for each question and complete all required questions.

Once a claim is submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for us to approve your claim and issue a replacement. If a claim is not approved, we will contact you with further questions or instructions.

While we will do our best to update this for you, it won't always be possible to make the change in time. Lost or returned orders may be subject to reshipping fees if they were caused by an incorrectly entered address.

If we are able to successfully update the address on your order, you will receive a new confirmation email with the updated address after we make the change. If we are unable to change the address before it ships, we will reach out with next steps.
