With an increasing number of pet guardians struggling to find pet-friendly housing, the Edmonton Humane Society (EHS) has created a list promoting companies that allow pets which we can refer guardians to. This is to support our efforts to keep animals with their families and prevent surrenders.

Studies show that there are significant benefits to offering pet-friendly housing, including increased rental profits, longer length of tenancy, lower vacancy rates, more applicants for vacant rental units, reduced time to rent a vacant unit, and reduced money and time spent advertising. There are also no significant differences in damages reported by landlords who rent to tenants with or without pets. You can find more information in our EHS Guide to Renting with Pets. 

If your company offers pet-friendly or pet-inclusive rentals, please fill in the information below to be added to our list. There is no charge for advertising here.

Please note: at this time we are only able to accept listings for companies or buildings offering multiple pet-friendly rentals, not individual units. If you have an individual unit to advertise we recommend listing it with sites such as Kijiji or RentFaster and indicating it is pet-friendly, as we will be referring pet guardians to these resources as well.

Note on number of properties: Due to limited space on our web page, please only select multiple properties if you have more than one pet-friendly building, rather than submitting multiple single listing properties.

Please only choose single property if you have one property OR if you have multiple properties with different websites to direct interested renters to.
