Email me or dm on Instagram for the quickets response. Understand a custom rug is considered a work of art and it takes time to complete your project. I work on rugs in the order recieved, so your patience is appreciated.

The current timeframe on a custom order is 15-17 days from the time your order was placed. I usually have rugs in stock on my website that are ready to ship.

There is a SETUP/MAINTENANCE fee of $75 due to submit this form
