4. Scheduling and Appointments

Utilize our mobile DNA testing services by scheduling an appointment through our website or contacting our customer service. Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment for our services is due at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to change pricing or introduce new fees to meet your testing needs better. All services are 100% non-refundable.

6. Test Results

Results will be provided through our secure mobile app. MDD is not responsible for their interpretation. Consultation with a qualified healthcare professional is recommended to thoroughly understand health-related information.

7. Intellectual Property

MDD's content and materials, including, but not limited to, logos, text, and graphics, are the property of MDD and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MDD, its employees, or affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to health-related information.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Mississippi. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mississippi courts.
