Please list all titles that you would like represent in order from 1st choice to 3rd choice. Titles will be given first to returning contestants by placement order and then on a first come first serve basis for registration and payment received.
Obligation and "What to Expect"

The Miss Alaska Scholarship Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is a feeder program for the Miss America Opportunity. Each year local At-Large titles will be awarded throughout the year leading up to the Miss Alaska State Competition. This year's 2024 comp5tition will be held June of 2025. You must be available during this week. Accepting a local title in the Miss Alaska Scholarship organization means you agree to represent our program with the upmost respect, etiquette, and class. You will have opportunities to make appearances throughout the year representing your title. Please always wear your crown and sash and notify the appearance coordinator or the Executive Director of your appearance. Some appearances will be set up and others you can create on your own. We encourage each title holder to get out in the community and create opportunities to serve and represent our organization! Certain appearance will require a chaperone or buddy is present to assure your safety. We will work with you to ensure you have someone with you at all times. Your initial entry fee will be $300 to cover your crown/sash and title. There will also be a State entry fee of $500 due by May 15th. As an option to pay for the $500 entry fee, you can also sell 2 ad pages in the program book to cover it. You'll receive $250 for each of those pages. If you choose to sell more ad pages, you'll receive a $200 scholarship for each page sold above 2 pages. By signing below, I am agreeing to these terms and understand my obligation to the Miss Alaska Scholarship Foundation.
MEDIA AND PHOTO RELEASE

I give permission to be photographed and/or videotaped by MASF in conjunction with all activities associated with the Miss Alaska Competition. These photos may be used on the MASF website, social media accounts, newspapers, and/or other official printed materials.
In applying for the Miss Alaska At Large Titles, I do comply with these rules

I am a female; a US citizen between the ages 13-28; not married and not pregnant, not a parent or cusodial parent; never convicted of any crime; I do not use, consume or distribute any illegal or controlled substances; I have lived (or) worked full-time in Alaska 30 days prior to the competition, (or) am a full-time student at a school in Alaska. If accepted, I will enter into a contract with the competition and fufill my duties as a contestant.

I understand I will be responsible for the following fees and there will be no refunds

$35 MAO Registration Fee- MAO Registration-Alaska

$300 At Large Title Fee (Will be billed after registration)

$500 MASF State Comptition Fee due by May 15th, 2025, unless ad sales has covered fee.

Create an American Heart Association fundraiser page and work throughout the year at raising funds towards a $300 goal by the state compeition. We will help hold fundraisers to apply funds toward your goals.

I understand Miss Alaska Week is June of 2025 and Participation is Mandatory.

My title will expire at midnight on July 31st, 2025 unless provided in writing that you no longer wish to carry your title.

No refunds will be made in the event you are no longer able to serve your year.
