-Each cake and bakery item sent out are made fresh to order, in house. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our store. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds on damaged cakes and pastries. Please carefully review our cake care info on our website or the card taped to your cake box.
-We recognize that plans change and are willing to accommodate any changes to your order. However, custom orders cannot be cancelled any less than three days before the pickup date. We will require payment for these items to cover the ever-rising costs of ingredients, and the time and labor that went into preparing your custom order. Deposits will also not be refunded if order is cancelled any less than three days before the pickup date.
