Therapy Trainings Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Therapy Trainings ("Company") and you ("Affiliate") upon your acceptance through the affiliate application process. By participating in the Therapy Trainings Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview
The Therapy Trainings Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our training programs using your unique affiliate link. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject applications within 48 hours.

2. Commission Structure
Commission Rates:

Starter Level: 20% commission for 1-10 active referrals.

Professional Level: 25% commission for 11-25 active referrals.

Elite Level: 30% commission for 25+ active referrals.

Lifetime Commissions: You earn commissions on the lifetime value of referred customers, including renewals and additional purchases.

Payments: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal by the 15th of each month, with no minimum payout threshold.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: Promote Therapy Trainings ethically and professionally, avoiding spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized use of our brand.

Compliance: Disclose your affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines (e.g., include “#ad” or “affiliate link” in promotions).
Brand Protection: Do not misrepresent Therapy Trainings or use our materials without permission.

4. Tracking and Reporting
You will receive access to an affiliate dashboard to track clicks, conversions, and earnings in real-time.
The Company will provide a unique tracking link upon approval.

5. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Therapy Trainings.
You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws.

6. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information provided by Therapy Trainings, including dashboard access or customer data.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
Termination may occur immediately if you violate this Agreement, engage in unethical conduct, or misrepresent Therapy Trainings.
Upon termination, you must cease using affiliate links, and unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation.

8. Liability
Therapy Trainings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
You agree to indemnify Therapy Trainings against any claims arising from your promotional activities.

9. Modifications
Therapy Trainings may modify this Agreement with notice via email or the affiliate dashboard.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
