This cover sheet has been attached to an Orangetheory Fitness Premier Membership Agreement to document an offer that alters the terms of the Membership Agreement.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the attached Membership Agreement, Member and Studio agree that Member will receive only one (1) month of the membership term at a discounted rate, subject to the following terms and conditions:

•  Offer valid from April 8, 2024 – June 30, 2024.
•  Offer limited to new members, i.e., first time visitors, missed guests or winbacks only. Winbacks must not have had an active membership 60 days prior to reenrollment date.
•  Member must sign up for Premier membership. Premier Membership includes memberships purchased at regular retail rates, 6-month membership, Family Add On and/or Corporate Rates.
•  In the event the new member joins as a Premier Member, the first month’s billing cycle will be discounted followed by the next month being the standard Premier Membership rate.
•  Standard membership cancellation policies, as detailed in the Membership Agreement of the respective studio, are in effect.
•  Membership cannot be post-dated.
•  All other provisions of the attached Membership Agreement will remain unchanged, it being understood that the financial parameters of the Membership Agreement will automatically revert to their original form at the conclusion of the promotion.
•  Orangetheory Fitness reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel this program and these Terms and Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion with or without notice.
