2025 Ponoka Stampede Wild West Trade Fair will run Friday, June 27- Monday, June 30.
Ponoka Stampede Parade Marshalling will take place morning of Friday and no vendors will have access to the the parking lot or building until after the parade floats have vacated the lot. This includes early morning move-in.
This application includes the rules & regulations for all participants of the 2025 Ponoka Wild West Trade Fair. By completed the application form and submitting payment to participate, you will be accepting the outlined rules & regulations.
Booth Spaces & Fees
- Booth drape, one table and two chairs are included with each booth rented.
- Additional tables, chairs and drape can be ordered directly from our preferred display company.
- Power is not included unless specified in the booth selection below.
- It is not guaranteed you will get the space or location you have requested or had in previous years.
- Depending on booth location, any large equipment and/or displays may be required to move-in early.
- WIFI is public and network not guaranteed.
Payment
- Once your booth has been approved, payment instructions will be included. Do not call the rodeo office before receiving this notice.
- Payments must be received in full by May 15, 2025 or booth space will be sold to waiting list vendors.

Sunday, June 29: 10a.m. – 6p.m
Monday, June 30 : 10a.m. - 6p.m.
Move-out
Monday, June 30: 6:15p.m. - 10p.m.
Tuesday, July 1: 9a.m. – noon
*Early dismantle is NOT permitted.
