Storm Damage Grant Application
The MaineStay Society is pleased to open the storm damage grant application process. Grants are being provided to Bristol, Maine-based, for-profit, working waterfront businesses that directly and indirectly support the fisheries industry, play a critical role in the community, and show demonstrable impact from the January 2024 storms.

All funds were donated by individuals and organizations that recognize the vital role our coastal businesses play in the community. We have a fiduciary responsibility to ensure grant recipients have legitimate recovery needs. As such, please provide as much supporting information as possible so that we more easily ascertain your grant request. If applicable, we will be conducting a visual inspection of the damage and recovery efforts. Any misinformation presented will result in the application being rejected.

Please submit this application as soon as possible but no later than July 15.

We will be notifying all approved grant recipients on August 1.
