  • The venue location is called Hollywood Design Complex located at 5911 SW 39th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 3312 (Located in Hollywood - Just minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino) This is a 3-Acre venue which provides both an indoor and outdoor amazing setting with sufficient parking. All vendors will be located in the outdoor areas as pictured below.

    Vendor participation is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. All vendor fees are non-refundable, however are transferable to another individual.

    •  Beautiful Outdoor Spacious Setting
    •  Onsite Parking (General or VIP)
    •  ALL vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and tent
    • (**Tents Required for all Vendors- Black or White Preferred)
    •  Power Access is available for ALL Vendors as needed 
    •  Full Load-In Access to venue the day before event on Friday November 14 11am-3pm (Recommended- Optional)
    •  Vendors are allowed 1 assistant

  • Important Event Information

    Once you submit your form, you'll recieve an automated email with the link to submit your vendor participation fee. A minimum of 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your vendor spot, the remaining amount will be due prior to the event. Additional details will be provided upon selection.
