USA Powerlifting Rookie Brawl
The 2025 USA Powerlifting Rookie Brawl will be our first meet of 2025.
This will be a one session meet capped at 30 lifters.

Who is eligible to compete?
1: This meet is open to anyone who has never competed in the USAPL.
2: You competed in a USAPL meet but did not receive a total.
3: Are a youth lifter.
4: Have a sub 349 dots score.
There are no refunds for a canceled registration for ANY reason. If you cannot lift in the meet you will forfeit your registration fee. Transfers to another event are not allowed.
Medals for this meet are given to the top 3 Men and top 3 Women in the open,teen,junior, and master divisions based on DOTS. There will be no medals given for Equipped Lifting, individual/additional age categories, or bench only, deadlift only or push/pull but all stats and records will be recorded and retained in the lifting database.
