Grant Farms Vendor Application
Thank you for applying to one or more of our 2024 festival(s). As always, we are excited to kick off another holiday season. Please read the whole application carefully as things have changed.

Due to an increase in demand for vendor spaces we will be shifting our vendor fair from first come first serve to an acceptance only model. Our hope is that by creating this shift we are able to curate a more diverse vendor fair that is not overloaded in any specific categories. Ultimately we desire a more meaningful shopping experiece for Grant Farm's guests and a more successful market for you!

While you may submit an application it does not guarantee acceptance like it has in the past. If you are accepted, you will be sent an invoice which must be paid within 5 business days to hold your space. If the invoice has not been paid your acceptance will be void and passed along to the next person in line. All declined vendors will be notified and then placed on a waitlist in the event space becomes available within your category.

Important dates to note:

Applications open in July at early bird rates.
Initial Pumpkin Festival invitations & waitlists sent out by first week of September.
All applications submitted after October 1st will be subject to standard pricing.
Fall Festival (1+2) invitations & waitlists sent out by first week of October.
