How Can My Team and I Get Involved?

When your individual team members sign-up for events, they will indicate which production their volunteer hours are to be associated with. This will either be specific production that has been approved, or is in the process of getting approved, or for our organization (ht.live) at-large.

All volunteers are requested to attend at least two events in a season in order to increase the likelihood of a successful fundraising season. 

How Much Money Can Be Allocated Towards Our Production?

The sky is the limit! Our organization (ht.live) will recieve direct payment within 2-4 weeks of an event based on the number of team members participating, the number of hours worked, and positions worked. Your production will then have a funding amount earmarked that is equivalent to $10 per person, per hour, per event. These funds will be paid out incrementally by ht.live directly toward certain production costs (such as ensuring your cast and crew are always paid).

What Would Our Group Be Doing?

Your group will be covering Guest Services positions (Ticket Taking, Ushering, Bag Checkers, ect.) at upcoming concerts and other large-scale events at various Twin Cities venues. Your team members will keep the good energy going for everyone all throughout event day!

What Type of Events are We Able to Work?

Any large-scale event (professional sports games, concerts, conventions, etc) at various Twin Cities venues including U.S. Bank Stadium, Allianz Field, University of Minnesota, Target Center and more! From home NFL/MLS/NBA/NCAA games to popular concerts like Beyonce, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Luke Combs and Taylor Swift, your group is welcome to experience all the fun!

How Long are Shifts?

Shifts vary, but last anywhere from 7-9 hours for most large scale events. We do require that groups arrive at least 3-4 hours early to be fully prepared for all the excitement!

What are the Requirements?

Every team member participating must be at least 18 years of age or older, have at least 10 group members able to participate, able to commit to at least 2 events, willing to consent to a background screening, able to complete a paid licensing training and excited to participate in upcoming events!

Is There a Uniform?

Yes! Each team member will need to be dressed in black pants (no jeans, athletic material, or holes. Black colored khakis, work pants, slacks, ect are acceptable) and black shoes (90% black).

How Long Does the Onboarding Process Take?

We are excited to have you quickly come onboard too! It typically takes about a week to onboard groups, which includes necessary paperwork and the completion of all background screenings. Best will work with you and be there through the entire process.

Is There a Limit to What We Can Work?

Absolutely not! Since our venues host various athletic events, concerts and much more, there are many fundraising opportunities (and incredible events to experience) year-round!
