Assessment Submission: 24-Hour Extension Request
24-hour extension should be arranged at least 3 days prior to the due date. Exceptions can be illness on the due date or misadventure.

Misadventure is defined as an unforeseen mishap, calamity or disaster (6.5.2 ACT BSSS Policy and Procedures Manual 2024 ).

You have to inform your teacher that you are applying for 24-hour extension after completion of this application form.
