2024 Designer Contract

Must be submitted by September 20, 2024
Showcase your creative talents by decorating a holiday tree or wreath to be displayed and sold at this event. We provide the tree (lights included), wreath or greenery. You provide the creativity and ornaments. Items will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Youth groups and youth designers: Complete the youth designer contract, unless your item is a designer buyback.

Payment for buybacks must be made by noon on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, before the festival opens for public sales.
A limited selection of white and specialty items are available for designers. They will be available first-come, first served basis on pick-up day.
If you wish to design more than one item, complete a seperate contract for each item.

As a tree or wreath designer for the Festival of Trees & Lights, I agree to follow the designer guidelines provided. All accompanying items become the property of the Festival of Trees & Lights unless indicated in writing from the designer. I agree to the terms outlined in this designer contract as well as in the designer guidelines.
