Preferred Location of Vendor Space:

Indoor $60 vendors slot. Includes one 8ft table and two chairs.Indoor $60 vendor slot but would prefer to provide my own 6ft table.Outdoor $55 vendors must provide ALL equipment desired for space.Food Trucks (space limited) $75
Basic Event Information:
- Registration fees are due at the time of registration. No exceptions.
- Registration fees are non-refundable as they will be used in the advertisement & funding of the event.
- This is a KID FRIENDLY EVENT. Smoking paraphernalia, adult toys and alcohol are prohibited. Occasions By Nicole reserves the right to censor all products sold.
- Check-in & set up will begin promptly at 9 AM.
- Indoor Vendors will have access to ONE 8ft table and TWO chairs. All tables must be covered. Plastic table covers are acceptable. Please advise if you'd prefer to utilize your own table.
- Outdoor Vensors will need to provide ALL items necessary for their setup. Tables, chairs, canopy, generators, etc.
- No signage is permitted on the doors, walls or windows of the venue.
- Breakdown will begin at 5:00pm. Vendors are required to leave their designated areas in the condition that it was assigned, free of debris or trash.
