    By submitting this form, you agree to the following:


    1. Who we are
    WRPF LTD, trading as WRPF UK, is a private sporting organisation. Participation in WRPF UK membership, events and competitions is voluntary and subject to compliance with our published rules and policies.

    By entering, you agree to be bound by:

    WRPF UK Rules
    Anti-Doping, Medication, Appeals and Membership Policy
    Prohibited List
    These Terms & Conditions
    Athletes who register and compete in untested (UT) divisions acknowledge that they are permanently ineligible to compete in tested (DT) divisions with WRPF UK.


    2. Membership
    Membership is required to compete.
    Memberships expire on 31 December unless otherwise stated.
    All membership and entry fees are non-refundable.
    WRPF UK may suspend or terminate membership for breach of rules or conduct harmful to the Federation.

    3. Drug-Tested Athletes
    Athletes entering tested divisions confirm that:

    Strict liability applies
    Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs) are not accepted
    Prescription medication does not override the Prohibited List
    They are solely responsible for what enters their body
    The WRPF UK Prohibited List is available at:
    www.wrpf.uk/banned-substances

    WRPF UK does not provide medical advice. Decisions regarding medication or treatment remain solely between the athlete and their healthcare provider.


    4. Competitions
    Entries must be submitted by published deadlines.
    All athletes must comply with WRPF UK rules and policies.
    Cheating, doping violations or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification.

    5. Risk & Liability
    Powerlifting involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
    All athletes compete at their own risk.

    WRPF LTD, its officers, staff, volunteers and venues are not liable for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.

    Athletes are responsible for arranging any insurance they require.


    6. Data & Privacy
    Personal data is collected for membership and competition purposes and handled in accordance with UK data protection law.

    7. Media and Image Rights
    By becoming a member of WRPF UK and competing at any WRPF UK event, the athlete grants WRPF LTD and its authorised partners the irrevocable right to photograph, film, livestream, record and otherwise capture their image, likeness, name, voice and performance.

    The athlete further grants WRPF LTD the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute and publish such content in any format and on any platform, including but not limited to social media, livestreams, broadcasts, websites, advertising, promotional material and commercial media, without compensation, notice or approval.

    This consent applies worldwide and continues indefinitely.


    8. Changes
    WRPF UK may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on the WRPF UK website will apply.


    9. Refunds
    All memberships, event entries and fees are non-refundable.
