The Pfister Hotel Property Photography Requests Terms and Policies
- The photography fee starts at $150++.
There is a 24% service fee and tax added to the total. Final payment is due prior to the approved date and time.
- The shoot must take place between the hours of 11AM – 3PM, which is between our check out and check in times.
- Photo shoots may not take place in our private event space, unless the space is rented at the full rental cost
- We ask you do not bring additional equipment including:
Locations
We offer the following locations to be photographed.
- Lobby / Grand Staircase - $150++
- Lobby / Grand Staircase + Mezzanine (2nd Level) - $250++
The following event spaces may be rented at the full room rental value. The price varies based on time, date, hotel occupancy and other events.
- Rouge
- 7th Floor Spaces (Grand Ballroom, Hall of Presidents, Foyer, Kings Row, Imperial Ballroom)
- Private Meeting Spaces (The Executive Conference Room, Boardroom 216, and Boardroom Twenty-3)
Photography is not permitted in the following spaces:
- Blu
- Club Lounge
- Lobby Lounge
- Mason Street Grill
- Pfister Café
- Pool
