    Amenity Access Agreement

  • The Silo Mills Homeowners Association, Inc. assumes no responsibility for personal injury, theft, or damage to personal property resulting from the use of the amenities. Only Silo Mills residents (and their guests) in “good standing” with the Homeowners Association are permitted access to the facilities. “Good standing” with the HOA means that the homeowner account assessments are current and there are no outstanding violations on the account.

Community Gas Grill Guidelines (BYO Propane)

    Before You Grill

·Inspect the Grill: Check for any visible damage or leftover debris. Report any damage to the HOA.

·Bring the Right Propane Tank: Only use standard 20 lb propane tanks. Ensure your tank is in good condition and not expired.

·Check for Leaks: Use soapy water on the connection point—bubbles indicate a leak. Never use a grill with a leaking tank.

·Fire Safety First: Bring a fire extinguisher with you or locate the one on-site before starting the grill.

·Damage or improper use: Owner/Occupant is financially responsible for any damage to the grill resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow guidelines.

    Setup & Operation

·Connect Securely: Attach the propane tank firmly to the grill’s regulator. Make sure all knobs are turned off before connecting.

·Open the Lid: Always open the grill lid before lighting to prevent gas buildup.

·Ignite Safely: Follow the grill’s ignition instructions. If it doesn’t light after a few tries, turn off the gas and wait 5 minutes before trying again.

    While Grilling

·Stay Present: Never leave the grill unattended while in use.

·Keep It Clean: Use foil or grill mats to reduce mess. Clean up any spills or food debris.

·Mind the Space: Keep children and pets at least 3 feet away from the grill area.

    After You Grill

·Turn Off Everything: Shut off the burners and the propane tank valve.

·Take Your Tank: Always remove and take your propane tank with you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE DURING THE DESIGNATED DATES AND HOURS. ACCESSING THE POOL OUTSIDE OF THESE DATES COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES.

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY-SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Each household will receive access to the amenity center via a bluetooth app (Brivo) provided by the management team.

How do I get gate access?
Gate access is granted following the completion and submission of the Amenity Access Form. This form constitutes an agreement wherein the resident commits to adhering to Silo Mills' amenity regulations in exchange for access to the amenities.

Who needs to submit a form?
Each resident aged 16 years and older seeking amenity access. Amenity access is granted on an individual basis rather than per household. Children aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the pool area and therefore do not qualify for independent access.

    Steps to gain gate access:
    1. Complete and submit this Amenity Access Form.
    2. Allow 1-3 business days to confirm residency.
    3. You'll recieve an email from Brivo to set up your mobile pass. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive it in your inbox. You have seven (7) days to redeem your pass.

    How to use the App:
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Find the name of the gate you are at.
Hold down the button in front of the gate scanner.
    Gate opens.
