Paint Your Pet Mural at MAC!

Please fill out the form below. This information will be used to bring your pet to life in a one-of-a-kind pet mural located right inside the MAC Adoption Lobby! Your pet does not have to be from MAC to be painted. All pets are welcome - furry, fuzzy, scaly, feathery, etc. Each pet portrait is a $250 donation. You are welcome to submit multiple pets in your home, we ask that you submit one donation/form per pet please. Get yours in now! Space is limited. Have a question?
