Bar Details

Now that we've got the casino portion of your event ready, we need just a few more details to tailor your bar experience.
A few things you should know:
- The bartender will arrive 30 minutes before the "bar open" time to set up. While setting up, the bar will be closed, and service will commence once everything is ready.
- The safety of your loved ones and guests is our highest priority. As such, our bartenders adhere to a strict policy of not overserving. We reserve the right to cease service for guests deemed too intoxicated.
- Events with an expected guest count over 100 will require a second bartender.
- Client should provide adequate cups, straws, napkins, etc. for a seamless bar experience.
- We suggest supplying a nearby trash can for the bartender's convenience.
- We provide a set of traditional bartending tools, including:
  - Cocktail spoon
  - Jigger
  - Strainer
  - Zester
  - Shaker & strainer
  - Muddler
  - Wine/bottle opener
  - (2) bar spill mats
  - Ice bucket & scoop
  - Cutting board & knife
  - Pour spouts

  - Garnish tray (5 compartments)
  - Food safe sanitizer
  - Bar open/closed sign
  - Glass rimmer (does not include sugar, salt, etc)

Tip Jar? Please note: If a tip jar is not permitted, a $100 gratuity per bartender will be added to your final invoice, for the bar portion of your event.
Beverages
A few things to keep in mind:
- Cocktails like 'vodka & cranberry' or 'rum & coke' are not craft cocktails and can be additional options, not counting towards the 1-3 limit.
- If you plan to request cocktails needing special tools, please inform us in advance. We do not rent any additional tools.
- We strongly recommend avoiding offering drinks with multiple shots (such as long island iced tea, 'AMF', etc.). Our bartenders prioritize responsible service and may decline to serve drinks if anyone is deemed intoxicated to an unsafe level, as determined by Spark staff's best judgment.
