Cancellation Policy
Thank you for trusting your ocular health with Everyone Eyecare. When you schedule an appointment with Everyone Eyecare we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be needing an appointment.
In order to schedule any secondary future exams to complete further testing, we will require a $40 deposit to schedule your appointment. This fee will be used as a credit towards your future appointment’s exam fees or copays.
Any established patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a no show. At this point the initial $20 deposit will then be used as a no show fee.
