  • 💲TUITION & FINANCIAL SUPPORT

    At Beyond Education Academy, we believe every child deserves a loving, Christ-centered education, no matter their family's financial situation. We offer a unique learning experience that includes meals, uniforms, supplies, and meaningful “Experience Trips” for every student while working hard to keep our school affordable and provide support where it’s needed most.

  • FOR CHOOSE ACT RECIPIENTS

    If your family has been approved for the Alabama Choose Act, you will receive up to $7,000 per child to use toward approved educational expenses such as tuition and certain school fees.

    Please note: Choose Act funds may not be used for some common school costs—including uniforms, food, field trips, or transportation—so families are responsible for covering those expenses separately.

    At Beyond Education Academy, families using Choose Act funds are required to make their full yearly tuition and eligible fees payment by July 15, 2025 (or before the student’s start date, if enrolled later). This ensures we can prepare your child’s books, materials, and schedule in time for school.

    This payment is non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, any refund issued will be at the school’s discretion and may be partial, based on timing and costs already incurred.

    The Alabama Choose Act provides up to $7,000 per year, per child to cover approved educational expenses—such as tuition, supplies, technology, and more. Many of our families have been approved and are using these funds to support their child’s education.

    If you missed this year’s Choose Act application window but still need financial assistance, we are committed to working with you. To remain eligible for financial support from Beyond Education Academy for the 2025–2026 school year, we ask that you:

    Commit to applying for the Alabama Choose Act when the application opens for the 2026–2027 school year.

    Let us know how much you are able to contribute monthly toward your child’s tuition this year.

    Your honesty helps us create a plan that honors your family’s situation while ensuring we can continue providing a high-quality, Christ-centered education for all of our students.

  • REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

    If you are not a Choose Act recipient but are requesting financial assistance from Beyond Education Academy for the 2025–2026 school year, you must upload the following two documents:

    • Proof of Household Income (such as a recent tax return, W-2, or benefits letter)
    • Proof of Alabama Residency (such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or official mail)

    📌 Applications requesting financial assistance will not be reviewed without these two documents.  These documents will help us assess your current financial need and prepare your family to apply for the Choose Act for the 2026–2027 school year.

    ***NOTE: Meeting Eligibility Requirements Does Not Automatically Qualify An Applicant For A Scholarship.

    • Student’s Age Verification (Birth Certificate/Passport)
    • Student's Social Security Card (front)
    • Current State of Alabama Immunization Documentation (or valid exemption)
    • Proof of insurance (front & back of all insurance cards)
    • Report of Health Assessment
    • Report of Oral Health Assessment
    • School Medication Prescriber/Guardian Authorization Form (as needed)
    • Over the Counter Medication Form (as needed)
    • For Transfers: Complete Enrollment/Transfer Form

    In order to ensure the well-being of all students and promote a healthy learning environment, we kindly request that parents/guardians provide proof of their child's annual check-up prior to the start of school. This includes documentation from a healthcare provider confirming that the child has undergone a comprehensive physical examination within the past twelve months.  Please have your child's physician complete the form at the link below:

    At Beyond Education Academy, we recognize the vital role oral health plays in a child’s well-being and academic success. To ensure student success, all students must complete an oral health check-up before the school year begins. Part 2 of this form must be signed by a licensed dental professional. This assessment helps detect dental issues early, supporting your child’s health, confidence, and focus. Thank you for prioritizing their well-being and success.

  • 💊Over-the-Counter or Prescription Medication

  • School Medication Prescriber/Guardian Authorization

    This form gives authorization to the school Nurse, the registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN), to administer or to delegate to unlicensed school personnel the task of assisting my child in taking the above medication in accordance with the administrative code practice rules.

    If your child will need prescription medication or over-the-counter medication for greater than 10 days, this form will need to be completed by a licensed healthcare provider and signed by both the healthcare provider and parent/guardian.

  • 💊Over-the-Counter Medicine

    If your child will need an over-the-counter medication for less than 10 days, this form must be completed according to package directions and signed by a parent/guardian. If your child will need over-the-counter medication for greater than 10 days, please refer to the prescription medication form. It will require a healthcare provider's signature. The school nurse has the right to request a healthcare provider's signature on all over-the-counter medications if needed.

    A court-issued document signed by a judge that shows legal guardianship.
    This is usually called Letters of Guardianship, Guardianship Order, or a Custody Order, depending on the situation.)

    This is ONLY necessary for children staying with a family member not listed on their birth certificate.

By completing this application, I am expressing my desire for my child(ren) to attend Beyond Education Inc. for the upcoming school year. I understand and acknowledge that registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable according to school policy.

    I grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in all activities organized by Beyond Education Inc. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold Beyond Education Inc. and any associated agencies harmless from any and all liability that may arise from my child(ren)’s attendance or participation in Beyond Education Inc. activities.
