Owner’s Responsibility Agreement
The Association reserves the right to make a final inspection of the modification to ensure that it corresponds with the submitted request for architectural change and conforms to any stipulations of the approval. Please adhere to the plan you submitted or submit an additional Architectural Request if you need to change your plans.

Please be aware that the property owner is responsible to hire licensed and insured contractors and to determine whether the improvements, alterations or additions described herein comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, code and ordinances: including, without limitations, zoning ordinances, subdivisions regulations and building codes. The property owner is responsible for any damages caused by the delivery of material, the contractor and any employee of the contractor to the Association property.

The Association shall have no liability or obligation to determine whether such improvements, alterations and additions comply with any laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances. Owners are further responsible for rerouting any utilities due to their improvements hereto. The property owner is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the improvements and/or alterations.
