Welcome! We’re thrilled to invite you to one of The Arc of the Capital Area’s Community Social Events! These gatherings are a fantastic way for our clients and community members to connect, socialize, and enjoy time together in a fun, relaxed environment.

Please complete this RSVP form so we can ensure we have all the details needed to make the event safe and enjoyable for everyone. These events are for those living with disabilities and/or their supports only. Please use our volunteer interest form if you are interested in volunteering at these events. A casual, monthly meetup for coffee lovers and social butterflies! Join us to kick off your day with great conversation and some delicious brews. Each month we hang out at a local café, creating an inviting space to relax, chat, and connect with friends old and new.

Waiver & Consent
By submitting this RSVP form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Rules and Regulations: I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of The Arc of the Capital Area and its programs during community events.
2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this event involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity and interaction with others. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.
3. Waiver of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Arc of the Capital Area, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the community social event, including, without limitation, any claims caused by the negligence of The Arc of the Capital Area.
4. Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive any necessary medical treatment and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such treatment.
5. Photographic Release: I grant The Arc of the Capital Area the right to use any photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.
6. Food and Beverage: I acknowledge that food and beverages may be provided at the event, and I will inform the organizers of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.
7. Compliance: I agree to comply with all instructions given by event organizers and staff, and I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event.
