    If you forgot to cancel your subscription and were charged, we are happy to refund your purchase as long as you haven't started a new course during the renewal period. Please refresh this form and click "something else" in the dropdown menu to let us know.

    You can easily cancel your subscription by completing the following steps:

    Our system is set up to prevent users from repeating a course by default. This is designed to protect licensees, as most licensing boards prefer a variety of continuing education topics within each renewal cycle.

    However, we understand that some boards do require certain courses to be repeated at specific intervals. If that applies to you, we’re happy to provide access when the time comes.

    Since this is a common question, we recommend using our CE Requirements Lookup Tool to check how often your board requires a particular course. In many cases, a course is only required every few years—even though it’s often assumed to be annual.

    Step 1: Open the Course Player

    Use the left-hand menu to navigate between lessons and modules.


    Click the arrows at the bottom of each page to move forward or backward.

    Step 2: Track Your Progress
    Complete each lesson fully. When finished, click "Complete & Continue" at the bottom of each lesson page.


    Check your progress bar at the top of the player to see your completion status.


    Step 3: Quizzes & Tests
    Answer all questions and submit each quiz.
    You must pass quizzes according to the stated passing criteria to proceed.


    Step 4: Complete Course Evaluations
    Mark all lessons, tests, and course evaluations as "Complete".
    Your course will only show as 100% complete once everything, including evaluations, is marked complete.

    Step 5: Obtain Your Certificate
    Upon 100% completion, your certificate will become available.

    Click "Get Your Certificate" from your dashboard to download or print it.
