I like to have conversation, but only when it naturally flows. I hate the small talk and can enjoy some quiet time
I like to bring things to do while I get my hair done and enjoy quiet time while having a natural conversation here and there. (Listen to music on my headphones, play on my phone, work, read, etc.)

I regularly take photos and videos of my guests and their hair to post on my public social media accounts. My social media is my little personal portfolio and I have content quotas to meet, so this is an important part of my job!

Please understand that we require a credit card on file at time of booking. Some services will also require a deposit to be met prior to date such as Extensions, Corrective color, etc. We will disclose if deposit is required.

In order for us to review the information shared and provide you with a customized and itemized quote on services needed as well as estimated time required for services, product recommendations for post care and soonest availability "We require a $50 dollar consultation fee to be met via Zelle upon submission of this form". We know time is precious and we value your time as well as ours. The process of reviewing this submission in detail is considered a virtual consultation and is given the same attention and importance as an in-person sit down. We will review and contact you via E-mail within the next 24-48 hours. Please understand that only those submissions that have met the consultation fee via Zelle will be reviewed. You are welcome to call Beauty Studio by Veronica if you prefer for us to process the consultation fee by phone.

My cancellation policy is as stated: Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a 50% nonrefundable fee of the service total. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a 100% nonrefundable fee of the service total. No-shows will result in a 100% nonrefundable fee of the service total and further booking is prohibited. Please understand that if you are 15 minutes late or more, you are considered a no-show and will be subject to paying the no-show fee in full, rescheduling your appointment and/ or paying a late fee. Please understand that in the event a fee is due, I will charge the card on file listed under your Vagaro profile. All deposits, if required prior to service, are nonrefundable.

I understand that once in a while things don’t go as planned and an adjustment to your hair may be needed. Please understand that all services are nonrefundable under any circumstance, but I am more than happy to make any necessary adjustments if contacted within 48 hrs. Please understand that the adjustment appointment does not include things *not* discussed in the initial consultation. Redo appointments are not valid if you see another hairstylist other than myself, your hair comes in contact with any chemicals, you do not wash your hair in filtered water, you try to fix your hair at home either by yourself or by another nonprofessional, you do not follow at-home haircare instructions provided by myself, you are not using professional products at home, or if I am contacted regarding your concerns after 48 hours from our initial appointment
