This services Agreement is between Hante Corp. (“HantePay”), in partnership with Yuansfer or Aurfy, and Merchant named above. A copy of the services Terms and Conditions has been provided to you. Please sign below to signify that you have received a copy of the services Terms and Conditions and that you agree to all terms and conditions contained therein. If this Merchant Application is accepted for WeChatPay services, Alipay services, or UnionPay services, Merchant agrees to comply with the services Terms and Conditions and that the services Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended in the future. IF THE MERCHANT SUBMITS A TRANSACTION TO HANTE CORP., HEREUNDER, MERCHANT WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE HANTEPAY SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By your signature below on behalf of Merchant, you certify that all information provided in this Merchant Application is true and accurate and you authorize Hante Corp. and its successors to: 1.Integrate WeChatPay, AliPay, or UnionPay to Merchant’s checking account,2.Initiate debit entries to Merchant’s checking account(s) in accordance with the Card Services Terms and Conditions, 3.Initiate debit entries to Merchant’s checking account(s) for the fees described herein, and 4.Order a credit report on Merchant.
