PARENT/STUDENT HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM
The Handbook describes important information about MCS. I understand that I should consult the principal regarding any questions not answered in this Handbook. Since the information, policies and procedures and guidelines described here are subject to change, I acknowledge that revision to the Handbook may occur, and I understand that revised information may supersede, modify or eliminate existing policies. Only the Principal, Pastor, or his designee, has the ability, to adopt any revisions to the policies in this Handbook.
The Salina Diocese does have policies and procedures that we follow available on the Salina a Diocese’s website. Although specific policies concerning MCS are included n the MCS Handbook, diocese policies supersedes’ our policies. The Salina Diocese Chancellor has approved our handbooks.
New policy from the Salina Diocese:
If you, your spouse, or any other person living in your home is listed on the National Sex Offender Public Registry, you are required to disclose that fact to the principal and parish pastor, prior to the offender being allowed on school property or attending any school events, no matter the event's location. Until the offender has met with the school principal and parish pastor the offender is not allowed on school property and is not allowed to attend school events, whether or not that event takes place on school property.
I have reviewed this Handbook, and I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with the policies contained in this Handbook and any revisions made to it.
