Volunteer Agreement
I hereby grant The Leslieville Farmers' Market (LFM) permission to use photographic portraits, pictures, digital images or videotapes of me, or in which I may be included in whole or part, including but not limited to use in any LFM publication or websites, without payment or any other consideration.
