We are currently booked into early September for pick-ups. We are unable to schedule a pick-up earlier than this date. Please note that our scheduler is on vacation from Aug 14-19. We typically respond to inquiries within 2 to 3 business days; however, you will not receive a response during this time. Our scheduler will respond to your inquiry/request upon his return on August 20 (it may take a few extra days to catch up). Thank you for your understanding.

Please note:
- Pickups are generally scheduled for 11:00 am - 3:30 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. (We add extra days when staffing allows.)
- All donations are subject to refusal upon being seen in person.
- Unfortunately, we are UNABLE to dismantle items to allow for the items to be removed.
- Small items must be packed up and ready to be loaded onto the truck.
- We are unable to come look at items prior to pickup.
- We are unable to go into homes without someone being there to meet us.
