To request a pickup, please complete the form below. Our scheduler will respond to your request/inquiry during their office hours, Tues to Fri 10:00-4:00. We try to respond within 2-3 business days.
All donations are subject to refusal upon being seen in person. As a mission-driven non-profit that supports our home repair program with store revenue, we can only accept high quality, fully functional & unbroken items that can be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note:
- Pickups are generally scheduled for 11:00 - 3:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. (We add extra days when staffing allows.)
- Unfortunately, we are UNABLE to dismantle items to allow for the items to be removed.
- Small items must be packed up and ready to be loaded onto the truck.
- Due to staffing limitations, we are unable to view items prior to pickup.
- We are unable to go into homes without someone being there to meet us.
