LAKESHORE DATABASE REGISTRATION

This form MUST be updated annually including all EZ tag and vehicle information for every vehicle. If you lease your residence, you must include ALL information for tenats and all tenants must abide by all rules. Please fill out and press SUBMIT. You MUST Complete the EZTag ID number if you want access via your EZ TAG along with LICENSE PLATE #. Pool Rules: ALL Pool Users MUST have Pool Access ID Card at all times. NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS PER HOME. Management has the right to decline pool guests for Holidays and Weekends. No resident or extended parking in Guest Parking Bays.

I acknowledge that I will abide by all parking rules pertaining to owner or leasee vehicles and understand vehicles must park in owner's/leasee garage or driveway. No on street parking is allowed. Guests must only park in the guest bay parking. Owners and tenants must follow the Parking Policy as well as the Pool Rules & Regulations Policy. Pool includes NO GLASS, NO PETS, NO CLIMBING FENCE, NO TRESSPASSING, NO ALCOHOL and only 2 guests PER HOME. Fine Policy will be assessed should these not be adhered to and Owners whoh lease thir property will be responsible for the actions of their tenant(s).*
