If you lease your residence, you must include ALL information for tenats and all tenants must abide by all rules. Please fill out and press SUBMIT. You MUST Complete the EZTag ID number for each vehicle (MAX 3 programmed) along with LICENSE PLATE# and Make and Model of vehicle. No resident or parking in Guest Parking Bays.

I acknowledge that I will abide by all parking rules pertaining to owner or leasee vehicles and understand vehicles must park in owner's/leasee garage or driveway. No on street parking is allowed. Guests must only park in the guest bay parking. Owners and tenants must follow the Parking Policy as well as the Pool Rules & Regulations Policy. Pool includes NO GLASS, NO PETS, NO CLIMBING FENCE, NO TRESSPASSING, NO ALCOHOL and only 2 guests PER HOME and all owners must accompany guests at pool. Fine Policy will be assessed should these not be adhered to and Owners who lease their property will be responsible for the actions of their tenant(s).
